2. Description of Service

IdealVibe provides a no-code database platform with built-in billing, multi-tenancy, and AI agent capabilities. Services include:

• Vibe Database: JSONB-powered data storage and management
• Schema Designer: AI-assisted database schema creation
• Agent Platform: AI agent team management and coordination
• VibeSQL: SQL query interface for your databases

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Store or transmit malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all data and content you create using the Service. IdealVibe retains ownership of the platform, its features, and underlying technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IdealVibe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
